| KDZA Jingle Bell Rock Official Rules |
| 1. You do not have to dig to find the Jingle Bell Rock. 2. The Jingle Bell Rock is not hidden on residential property and is located in the Pueblo area. 3. The Jingle Bell Rock is not hidden where you would be in any danger. 4. When looking for the Jingle Bell Rock carefully insure your personal safety at all times. 5. You must obey all traffic laws. 6. The Jingle Bell Rock winner must turn it in within 24 hours of finding it to KDZA Management. 7. KDZA retains written description, identifying information, and the location where it is hidden, the contest winner must present the official Jingle Bell Rock which matches KDZA’s details of the Rock. 8. In the event of a dispute, KDZA management will make every effort to assure fairness, and the decision of KDZA Management will be final. 9. Contest participants acknowledge that KDZA is not liable and/or responsible for any loss or injury to participants. 10. You must be 16 years of age or older to claim the prizes in the Jingle Bell Rock contest. You must be 18 years or older to claim the prize for the Colorado Lottery tickets, and you must adhere to all other regulations of the Colorado Lottery. 11. Taxes are the responsibility of the Jingle Bell Rock winner. 12. The Jingle Bell Rock contest winner agrees to allow KDZA to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes. 14. By participating in the KDZA Jingle Bell Rock contest, participants agree to accept and abide by all the above rules. |
